Tissue Princess

Dressed as the character Yuki Nagato from the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Tissue Princess plays bass. Princess is well known for beautiful thighs, a feminine performance style, and, more than anything else, musical chops. The origin of the name is said to stem from an old joke involving tissues.

Intel Prince

Intel Prince plays the drums, complete with a knit cap which covers half his face. He is known for his steady rhythm, granulated drum rolls, and vibrant tom runs. Owing perhaps to the incredible skill level and sheer vividness of his drum solos, people began referring to him with the phrase “Intel inside,” which later became the source of his nickname. The “Prince” portion stems from the way his mouth hangs half open while playing, a habit which spawned the name “Hankuchi Prince” (“hankuchi” literarlly meaning half-mouth), a pun on the nickname of Waseda University pitcher Yuki Saito, known in the media as “The Handkerchief (Hankachi) Prince.”

ZOMBIES

Zombies are a kinky dance team from Nagoya, the city of sin. Formed at a high school culture festival in 2001, they now perform across Japan at university culture festivals and televised events. Their performance at last year’s School Festival Executive Committee was the subject of much attention.
